The Strategic Initiative for Women in the Horn of Africa (SIHA Network) is a regional coalition of grassroots women’s rights organizations from Sudan, South Sudan, Somalia, Somaliland, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Eritrea, and Uganda. SIHA is seeking a qualified Training Facilitator to design and deliver a capacity-building workshop on Coalition Building for Ethiopian Women’s Rights Organizations (WROs) and grassroots women advocates.
This training will strengthen participants’ ability to build inclusive feminist coalitions, advocate for enabling policy environments, and enhance organizational resilience in restrictive civic spaces.
The assignment will run for two weeks in November 2025, including preparation, pre/post-training assessments, a three-day in-person workshop in Addis Ababa, and reporting.
